Tina worked for several years as a misdemeanor probation officer, where she specialized in monitoring mental health as well as substance abuse clients. After leaving misdemeanor probation, Tina began work at a substance use disorder treatment facility where she served as the Substance Abuse Program Coordinator. Tina approaches monitoring clients with compassion and strives to help her clients find solutions and tools to succeed in life after treatment.

Rachel graduated from the University of Idaho with a B.S. in biology. She has been a compliance monitor for over a year now, working specifically in the Health Professionals Recovery Program. While she did not originally set out to become a compliance monitor, Rachel has fallen in love with her work and enjoys the difference she makes in the lives of the health professionals she helps! Rachel has enjoyed learning how to support health professionals through their recovery and help her community.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, gardening, and camping. She also recently learned pickleball and has enjoyed playing that with her family.

Nicole graduated from the University of Idaho with a Juris Doctorate and Marymount Manhattan College with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Her professional journey has had her wearing many different hats which has assisted in her successful transition into private compliance monitoring.
Nicole loves working with the clients at Southworth Associates and is currently working as our compliance monitor in our Recovery Enhancement Program. She works closely with our participants on a day-to-day basis to make sure everyone is heard and encouraged forward on their individual journeys.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys reading, playing with her dog and spending time with her family. Her favorite thing about living in Idaho is the access to beautiful sceneries.

Sierra graduated from the University of Idaho with a B.A. in Sociology with a Criminology emphasis. She learned the fundamentals of compliance monitoring while working as a compliance monitor for both the Recovery Enhancement Program and The Professional Recovery Programs. In her new role, Sierra currently supervises the private compliance monitoring programs including the Recovery Enhancement Program and Assure. Sierra also trains compliance monitors, develops outcome measures, and establishes referral relations for the private monitoring programs.
In addition to her supervising role, Sierra also coordinates the International Treatment Center’s Co-Operative event.
In her free time, Sierra enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, fly fishing, hiking mountains, taking long road trips, and her newest hobby; scuba diving! What she loves about her job is the knowledge she has learned in the field of behavioral health to better support her clients and community.
